The Blackpool Tower Eye & The Tower Dungeon

Visit the newly refurbished observation deck – The Blackpool Tower Eye – for a brand new 4D cinema experience and the undisputed best view in town. Then, when you’ve been to the top of the Tower, take the Elevator to Hell and descend into the grisly world of the new Tower Dungeon where you’ll come face-to-face with 100 years of the dark history of the North West.

Aztec Slides at Sandcastles Water Park

Experience two brand new thrilling waterslides at Sandcastle Waterpark, which will launch from the rooftop and come sweeping down into the an Aztec Jungle. Aztec Falls is a high energy tube slide where riders whoosh through a steep dark chute before entering an enclosed cavern and exiting via a corkscrew descent – not for the faint hearted! Monta zooma is a mat slide allowing a single rider to plummet head first down 360 degree loops and thrilling back to back turns – the race is on!

Blackpool Winter Gardens Floral Hall

For something a little less high-octane, experience the golden age of Hollywood glamour as you step into the splendour of the newly restored Grade II listed Winter Gardens and enjoy a stroll along the stunning Floral Hall. Enjoy a coffee break in the Mazzei coffee shop or stay for a meal and revel in the art deco designs and glasswork from your seat in the glamorous Empress Grill. Blackpool Trams

An essential part of any visit to Blackpool, a tram journey is the perfect way to travel. This Easter 16 brand new state-of-the-art vehicles will join the heritage cars as part of a £100 million upgrade to the system to ensure its survival into the 21st Century and beyond. This is a great way to see Blackpool’s beach and experience the promenade.

Tower Festival Headland and The Comedy Carpet

The work along the seafront has created beautiful Spanish Steps, linking the promenade to the beach, as well as huge new headland spaces. The major new multi-entertainment space is a new piece of land, extending the existing promenade 60 metres seaward and right in the shadow of the famous Blackpool Tower. The Tower Festival Headland will have a capacity of 20,000 and host exciting events at the heart of the resort, as well as an amazing new low-carbon wedding venue with breathtaking views across the beach and sea.

The Headland is also home to The Comedy Carpet, a new Blackpool icon featuring jokes, songs and comedy catchphrases from Britain’s best-loved comedians.

Our new RESORT MAP has been designed to make sure that visitors to the resort can find their way around the many attractions and also highlights many “must see” landmarks. Blackpool Tower

Visitors can now get into the common areas of The Blackpool Tower for free and you can tailor-make your ticket to make sure you get to see exactly what you want to. The Winter Gardens complex is also totally free to enter – pop in for a stroll.
